Jonathan S. Bodner became Of Counsel to the firm in January 2019. Throughout his career, Jonathan has provided quality services in the areas of business law, business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, and state law insolvency.
Jonathan has developed a niche practice in food law, representing manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the food, beverage and related industries in transactions, litigation and bankruptcy matters. Jonathan’s food law practice has a particular focus on representing produce distributors and others in matters involving the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (P.A.C.A.).
