In two actions commenced our client to block his bankruptcy discharge, we filed motions to dismiss the claims brought, both of which were granted. We also defeated a motion to file a complaint after the time to do so had expired.

In another matter involving claims brought by a bankruptcy trustee against our client seeking in excess of $1 million, we are able to take advantage of a Court-appointed, neutral mediator to obtain a settlement of roughly 13% of the claims brought.
